Upload marketing JPGs — we hash the original, read camera metadata (EXIF), and flag photos whose GPS is far from the subject address. Interior shots often have no GPS; that is normal.

I confirm I have rights to use these photos in marketing for this listing (optional). Not a photographer licence agreement — stores rights.broker_confirmed on the upload.
